Transitory Provisions The incumbent Commissioner and two (2) incumbent Associate Commissioners shall serve as Chairperson and Commissioners respectively under the terms for which they have been appointed without need of new appointments. The incumbent Executive Director shall likewise serve as Assistant Commissioner without need of new appointment.
