The City of Valencia. - The Municipality of Valencia shall be converted into a component city to be known as the City of Valencia, hereinafter referred to as the City, which shall comprise the present territory of the Municipality of Valencia, Bukidnon Province. The territorial jurisdiction of the City shall be within the present metes and bounds of the Municipality of Valencia, as follows:
Bounded on the East, along lines 1 to 4 by the Municipality of San Fernando, Bukidnon;
Bounded on the South along lines 4 to 5 by the Municipality of Quezon, Bukidnon, along lines 5 to 14 by the Municipality of Maramag, Bukidnon and along lines 14 to 15 by the Municipality of Pangantucan, Bukidnon;
Bounded on the Northwest along lines 15 to 16 by the Municipality of Talakag, Bukidnon;
Bounded on the North along lines 16 to 17 by Manupali River adjoining the Municipality of Lantapan, Bukidnon, along lines 17 to 19 by the Municipality of Malaybalay, along lines 19 to the point of beginning by Pulangi River adjoining by the Municipality of Malaybalay.
Beginning from MBM No. 1 of Cad 791-D marked as point "1," thence:
