Utilization of Energy and Non-renewable Resources. - Any exploitation and utilization of energy and other non- renewable resources within the protected area shall be allowed only through PAMB approval, in consultation with the Department of Energy. In no case shall an exemption from the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) system be made for energy and non-renewable resource exploitation projects within the protected area.
