Repealing Clause. - For the purpose of the scope of this Act, the provisions of the NIPAS Act are hereby modified in accordance with the provisions herein. All other laws, rules and regulations inconsistent with this Act are hereby repealed or modified accordingly. Within the scope of the protected area as herein specified, the prohibitions and penalties under the NIPAS Act are hereby superseded.
