The University shall provide scholarship programs and other affirmative actions to ensure access and equity.
Specifically, it shall endeavor to give assistance to poor but deserving students who qualify for admission.
No student shall be denied admission to the University by reason of sex, religion, cultural or community affiliation or ethnic origin.
