The University may accept the affiliation and/or integration within its operation of any other existing public post-secondary, tertiary schools or colleges within the province whose programs can contribute largely and effectively to the attainment of its objectives: Provided, That the funds, properties, personnel and other assets, as well as obligations of the integrated school, shall be transferred to the University.
