All parcels of land belonging to the government, occupied by PSC, S JPI, GMFMCF, S JFS, LSF, CTVS and that of TPI are hereby declared to be the property of the PSU and shall be titled under the name: Provided, That should the University cease to exist or be abolished or should such parcels of land aforementioned shall no longer be needed by the University, the same shall be reverted to the Province of Camarines Sur.
