The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be charged against the current year's appropriations of the Pablo Borbon Memorial Institute of Technology, Jose P. Laurel Polytechnic College, Apolinario R. Apacible School of Fisheries, and Polytechnic University of the Philippines Campus in Sto. Tomas. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the continued operation and maintenance of the Batangas State University shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
