Foreign Reciprocity. - No foreign Landscape Architect shall be registered and issued a certificate of registration/professional license to practice the Landscape Architecture profession or consultancy thereof or be entitled to any of the rights and privileges under this Act unless the country of which he/she is a subject or citizen specifically permits Filipino Landscape Architects to practice within its territorial limits on the same basis as the subjects or citizens of such foreign state or country.
