Enforcement. - The Commission shall be the enforcement agency of the Board. As such, the Commission shall implement the concerned provisions of this Act, enforce its implementing rules and regulations as adopted by the Board, conduct investigations for the Board on complaints against violators of this Act, its rules and regulations including violations of the Code of Ethics, Code of Technical standards for Landscape Architecture and other policies of the Board.
