Physical Education and Sports Development. -The regional educational subsystem shall develop and maintain an integrated and comprehensive physical education program. It shall develop healthy, disciplined, creative, innovative, and productive individuals, and promote the spirit of sportsmanship, cooperation, teamwork, goodwill, and understanding.
