All the assets, fixed and movable, personnel and records of the Mankayan National High School, Bedbed Extension are hereby transferred to the Bedbed National High School: Provided, That the positions, rights and security of tenure of the personnel employed therein under existing laws prior to separation from the mother school are not impaired.
