The Mankayan National High School, Cabiten Extension in Barangay Cabiten, Municipality of Mankayan, Province of Benguet is hereby separated from the mother school, Mankayan National High School situated in Barangay Poblacion, Municipality of Mankayan, Province of Benguet and converted to a separate and independent national high school to be known as the Cabiten National High School.
