All assets, fixed and movable, personnel and records of the Mankayan National High School, Cabiten Extension of then Mankayan National High School are hereby transferred to the Cabiten National High School: Provided, That the positions, rights and security of tenure of the personnel employed therein under existing laws prior to separation from the mother school are not impaired.
