Section 16Republic Act No. 4846 as amended, the Art Authentication Panel, herein referred to as the "Panel", shall also have the following powers and functions:, Sec./Art. 16

Effective Clause - This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days from its publication in the Official Gazette or in at least two (2) national newspapers of general circulation.
