Establishment. - There is hereby established as part of the National Integrated Protected Areas System (NIPAS) under Republic Act No. 7586 protected landscapes and seascapes in the City of Sagay, Province of Negros Occidental to be known as the Sagay Marine Reserve, hereinafter referred to as Reserve.
