Terms of Office. - Except for government officials who shall serve ex officio, each PAMB member shall serve for a term of five (5) years: Provided, That he/she remains connected with the sector he/she is supposed to represent. Whenever a vacancy occurs during the term of a member who does not represent the government, a new member shall be chosen in the same manner as the original selection process: Provided, That he/she shall only serve for the remaining term.
