The State College may accept the affiliation and/or integration within its operation of any existing national school with the province whose programs can contribute largely and effectively to the attainment of its objectives, in coordination with the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and in consultation with the DBM: Provided, That funds, properties and other assets, as well as obligations of the integrated school shall be transferred to the State College.
