Section 15Sec./Art. 15

All assets, fixed and movable, personnel and records of the Zamboanga City State Polytechnic College, as well as liabilities or obligations, are hereby transmitted to the College: Provided, however, That the positions, rights and security of tenure of personnel therein employed under existing laws prior to its conversion into a College are not impaired: Provided, further, That the incumbents of the positions shall remain under the same status until otherwise provided for by the Board.

All parcels of land belonging to the government, occupied by the Zamboanga City State Polytechnic College, are hereby declared to be the property of the College and shall be titled under its name: Provided, furthermore, That should the College cease to exist or be abolished or such parcels of land aforementioned be no longer needed by the College, the same shall revert to the City of Zamboanga.
