Appropriations. - The amount necessary to implement the provisions of this Act shall be charged against the appropriations of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources in the current General Appropriations Act. Therefore, such sums as may be necessary to fully implement the provisions of this Act shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
