Books of Accounts and Records. - The SPV shall set and keep accurate accounts and internal financial controls and shall appoint an external auditor acceptable to the Commissions in this regard. The Commission, the BSP, and the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) may look into the books of accounts and records of the SPV at any time.
