Section 21, Article IV is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 21. Indication of Certificate of Registration Number and Professional Tax Receipt.- The Geodetic Engineer shall be required to indicate his certificate of registration number including the professional tax receipt number on the documents he signs, uses or issues in connection with the practice of this profession.
