Informative Drive. - Consistent with the provisions of this Act, the DOH shall, in cooperation with the DepEd and with the assistance of the Philippine Information Agency (PIA), undertake a continuous information program on the harmful effects of smoking.
The DOH shall enlist the active participation of the public and private sectors in the national effort to discourage the unhealthy habit of smoking.
