The municipalities comprising the 3 rd Congressional District, Province of Masbate, namely: Pio V. Corpus, Cataingan, Uson, Placer, Palanas, Cawayan, Dimasalang and Esperanza are constituted as areas under the 2nd District Engineering Office in the 3rd Congressional District, Province of Masbate.
