There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Public Works and Highways, a second engineering district in the Province of Capiz, covering the municipalities of Dumalag, Sigma, Jamindan, Mambusao, Sapian, Tapaz, Cuartero, Dao, Dumarao and Ivisan, to be located in the Municipality of Dumalag and to be known as the Capiz Second Engineering District.
