Freedom of Access to Industrial/Commercial Establishments and Facilities. - The Board shall have the right to inspect at reasonable hours on business day industrial establishment, commercial premises or other facilities/premises where measuring equipment which is meant to be used in the regulated areas of application, is installed or kept or where there is a reason to believe it is installed or kept.

Any officer or agent of the industrial establishments, commercial premises or other facilities who shall refuse the Board or any of its officers to inspect shall be liable to the penalties imposed under Section 17 of this Act.
