Special Counsel. The-PAMB may retain the services of a competent lawyer to prosecute or assist in the prosecution of cases or defend the members of the PAMB, the Protected Area Superintendent and staff or any person assisting in the protection, conservation, and sustainable development of the protected area against any legal action related to their powers, functions and responsibilities as provided in this Act or as delegated or tasked by the PAMB.
