Issuance of Certificates of Registration and Professional Identification Card. - A Certificate of Registration as a guidance counselor shall be issued to any applicant who passes the examination or who is registered without examination, bearing the signature of the Commission Chairperson and Chairman and members of the Board, and official Seal of the Board.
A professional identification Card bearing the registration number, date of issuance, expiry date, duly signed by the Commission Chairperson shall likewise be issued to every registrant who has paid the prescribed fee.
