Indication of Certificate of Registration Number and Professional Tax Receipts (PTR). - The Guidance Counselors shall be required to indicate his/her Certificate of Registration number, the date of issuance, the period of validity of the license, including the professional tax receipt number on the documents he/she signs, uses or issues in connection with the practice of his/her profession.
