Registration of Asset-Backed Securities (ABS). - All ABS shall be registered with the Commission in accordance with Sections 8 and 12 of the Securities Regulation Code and its implementing rules and regulations: Provided, however, That issuers of ABS falling under Sections 9 and 10 thereof shall be required to file with the Commission, a notice, with a disclosure statement.
