Removal of the Board Members. - The chairman and members of the Board may be removed from the office of the President of the Philippines, upon recommendation of the Commission on the following grounds:

(a) Neglect of duty;

(b) Incompetence;

(c) Violation of Republic Act No. 6713, otherwise known as "The Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees," and " The Code of Ethics of the Veterinary Medicine Profession;"

(a) Manipulation or rigging of the veterinary licensure examination results;

(b) Disclosure of the examination questions or similar secret information;

(c) Tampering of the grades therein; and

(d) Final conviction by the court of criminal offense involving moral turpitude.
