Establishment/Integration. There is hereby established a state university in the Province of Nueva Vizcaya to be known as the Nueva Vizcaya State University, hereinafter referred to as the University, by integrating the Nueva Vizcaya State Institute of Technology in the Municipality of Bayombong and the Nueva Vizcaya State Polytechnic College in the Municipality of Bambang, both in the Province of Nueva Vizcaya. The main campus of the University shall be in Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya.
