Admission and Scholarships. - No student shall be denied admission to the Polytechnic College by reason of gender, nationality, religion, cultural or community affiliation or ethnic origin, or political affiliation.
The Polytechnic College shall provide a scholarship program and other subsidies to assist the poor but deserving students who qualify for admission to the Polytechnic College.
