Transfer of Assets. - All assets, real and personal, personnel and records of the MIST based in the City of Marikina, as well as liabilities or obligations, are hereby transferred to the Polytechnic College. The position, rights and security of tenure of personnel therein employed under the existing laws shall be respected.

All parcels of land belonging to the government and occupied by the MIST are hereby declared to be the properly of the Polytechnic College and shall titled under that name.
