Custodian of Board Records, Secretariat and Support Services. - All records of the Board, including applications for examination, administrative cases involving Professional Electronics Engineers, Electronics Engineers and Electronics Technicians shall be kept by the Commission.
The Commission shall designate the Secretary of the Board and shall provide the secretariat and other support services to implement the provisions of this Act.
