Professional Oath. - All successful examinees and all those who have qualified for registration without examination shall be required to take a professional oath before any member of the Board or any person authorized by the Commission before he/she can be registered and issued a Certificate of Registration and Professional Identification Card, and as a prerequisite to practicing as a Professional Electronics Engineer, Electronics Engineer or Electronics Technician.
