Humane Slaughter, Hygienic and Inspection Requirements. - The management or operator of the meat establishments shall follow the instructions of the NMIS as related to humane slaughter of animals, hygienic and inspection requirements, and shall provide such information and assistance, as may be reasonably requested by the NMIS or the local government unit..
