Official Certificates of the Condition of the Animals. - The veterinary inspectors provided for herein shall he authorized to give official certificates of the condition of food animals, their carcasses and products as herein described, and one (1) copy of every certificate granted under the provisions of this Act shall be filed with the NMIS, another copy shall be given to the owner or shipper, and when the meat and meat products are sent abroad, a third copy shall be attached to veterinary quarantine clearance.
