Seal of Registered Chemical Engineer. Each chemical engineer shall, upon registration, obtain a seal as prescribed by the Board bearing the registrants name, registration number and the legend "Registered Chemical Engineer." Plans, specifications, reports and other professional documents prepared by or executed under the supervision of and issued by the registrant shall be stamped on every sheet with said seal when filed with government authorities or when submitted or used professionally.
