Reissuance of Revoked Certificate of Registration or Certificate of Compliance and Replacement of Lost Certificates. The Board may, for reasons it may deem sufficient and upon proper petition, reissue revoked Certificates of Registration or Certificates of Compliance.
A new Certificate of Registration or Certificate of Compliance may be issued to replace a lost, destroyed or mutilated Certificate, subject to the rules and regulations of the Board, and upon payment of the appropriate fees to the Commission.
