Indication of Certificate of Registration, Identification Card and Professional Tax Receipt. - The certified public Accountant shall be required to indicate his/her certificate of registration number and date of issuance, the duration of validity, including the Professional Tax Receipt number on the documents he/she signs, uses or issues in connection with the practice of his/her profession.
