Appropriations. The amount necessary to carry out the initial implementation of this Act shall be charged against the current year's appropriations of the CVPC under the current General Appropriations Act and the funding provided by the LGUs concerned. The LGUs shall continue to provide assistance to the state university corresponding to the funding given to the Genaro Goi Memorial College, the Siaton Community College and the Mabinay Institute of Technology before the same are integrated into the Negros Oriental State University (NORSU) until such time that the full funding requirement of the NORSU is included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
