Conversion. The Eastern Samar State College (ESSC) is hereby converted into a State University to be known as the Eastern Samar State University (ESSU), integrating therewith the Maydolong National Agricultural School in the Municipality of Maydolong, Province of Eastern Samar.
The main campus of the University shall be in Borongan, Eastern Samar.
