Conversion. - The Samar State Polytechnic College in the Municipality of Catbalogan, Province of Samar is hereby converted into a state university to be known as the Samar State University, hereinafter referred to as the University, integrating therewith the Wright Vocactional School in Paranas. Samar. The main campus of the University shall be in Catbalogan, Samar.
