Books of Accounts. The books of accounts of the grantee shall always be open to the inspection of the Commissioner on Audit or his authorized representatives and it shall be the duty of the grantee to submit to the COA, two (2) copies of the quarterly reports on the gross receipts, the net profits and the general condition of the business.
