Reimbursement of Expenses. The Department of Budget and Management, the Department of Finance, and the National Disaster Coordinating Council (NDCC) shall seek reimbursement from the International Oil Pollution Compensation Fund 1992 and other appropriate sources for all expenses incurred by the national government in connection with the clean up operation and other related activities including assistance to victims of the affected areas in the Guimaras oil spill.
