Penalty for Furnishing False Evidence, Forged Document, or Spurious Evidence. - The penalty of twelve (12) years and one day to twenty (20) years of imprisonment shall be imposed upon any person who knowingly furnishes false testimony, forged document or spurious evidence in any investigation or hearing under this Act.
