Renewal/Extension of the Term of Franchise. The term of the franchise granted under Republic Act No. 2341, as amended, is hereby extended/renewed for a period of twenty-five (25) years from the date of effectivity of this Act. This franchise shall be deemed ipso facto revoked in the event that the grantee fails to operate continuously for two years.
