The Office of the City Prosecutor and Public Schools Division. - The City of Navotas shall remain within the jurisdiction of the office of the city prosecutor of Malabon City, which shall be known hence as the office of the city prosecutor of Malabon and Navotas. Likewise, the public schools division for the cities of Malabon and Navotas shall continue to administer public education in both local government units.
