Election of Provincial Governor and Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members of the Province of Eastern Samar. - The qualified voters of the City of Borongan shall qualify to vote and run for any elective position in the election for provincial governor, provincial vice governor, sangguniang panlalawigan members and other elective offices for the Province of Eastern Samar.
